A huge dome.Seperated by two floors.The non flying pokemon take the first floor for racing.The second floor is for the flying pokemon.

Board Description
Windstar City.
A large city that always is buffeted with a strong wind. Many trainers come here for the Flying Gym, but there are also houses and resturants to chill out at,and best of all.There is a gym and a racing stadium here
